Center. You will need the software system identifier (system handle)
associated with your support contract. HP WDB is covered under the
support contract for your HP compiler.

If you have a problem for which a defect needs to be reported,
provide a test case demonstrating the problem. The Response Center
Engineer will then enter a defect report.
