Query/CM

Query/CM, version D.00.08, will now support international characters in
pattern MATCHING. This new feature is possible since Query/CM now uses
two new Native Language Support intrinsics.  Prior to the utilization of
the new intrinsics (NLMATCH and NLMATCHINIT), the MATCHING feature was
only valid with the language option set to 0 (NATIVE-3000).  Usage is as
specified in the QUERY/3000 Reference Manual (P/N 32216-60001).  For
