Error Messages in Batch Mode
Both the master and slave resynchronization applications do most of their
work silently without producing output except for the beginning prompts
and error messages. They also continue to run until they are terminated
by a database administrator or an unexpected error is encountered.
For example, such an error occurs if the slave application, when applying
a transaction, determines that the data being updated or deleted does not
exist on the slave. This indicates an inconsistency of data between the
master and slave.
If you use job scripts to execute the resynchronization applications,
there is be no warning to the system operator or database administrator
when the resynchronization applications abort, unless you include sending
a message to the console in the job scripts.
