Chapter 1 Installation Addendum HP ALLBASE/SQL PC API The purpose of this file is to instruct you on how to prepare and install PC API. PC API is contained in a self-extracting file archive called HPPCAPI. This file is placed in the PUB group of your SYS account by AUTOINST when IMAGE/SQL is installed. This procedure involves two steps: * Preparing the PC API files for installation. * Installing the PC API files. After completing this procedure, refer to Chapter 2 of the HP ALLBASE/SQL PC API User's Guide for further information on installation of PC API.
