OPENFILES 

The OPENFILES command is a configuration command that lets you change the
maximum number of shared disc files that can be open at one time per PC.
You must have SM or NM capability to use this command.

Abbreviation:  OF

Where used:  CONFIG>

     OPENFILES [value]

value            Number of shared disc files that can be open at one time
                 per PC (minimum = 20; maximum = 256; default = 20).

For example, to change the number of open files to 80, enter:

     OPENFILES 80
