This appendix is intended for

   *   Network Customer Engineer (CE)

   *   Account CE

It is assumed that the Network CE and Account CE are familiar with
network concepts, X.25, NS3000, the configuration tools, especially the
Node Management Services (NMS) Configuration utility called NMMGR, and
the HP Router ER's Quick Configuration and Configuration Editor.
