Configuring Report Frequency and Output Destination
The Configure Reports Output Options Menu is used to specify the run
frequency and output destination of the "Action Summary Report" and the
"Configuration Report," as well as the output destination of the reports
that can be printed interactively. Go to the Configure Reports Menu from
the Main Menu or the Configuration Options Menu:
* From the Main Menu: Type 4 6 or configure reports.
* From the Configuration Options Menu: Type 6 or reports.
This displays the Reports Output Options Menu:

NOTE If you want to reach the Print Reports Menu in order to print or
generate the HP Predictive Support reports, select item 7. See

| | * D (Device): If selected, you must supply the LDEV number |
| | or the device class name (as stated in SYSGEN). Depending |

| | qualified environment file name and, optionally, an output |
| | priority. |
| | * Example of device name: PP |
| | * Example of environment file name: ELITE.HPENV.SYS |
| | * Example of output priority: 8 |

| | * F (File): If selected, you must supply a fully qualified |
| | file name. Report file defaults to the PRED group in the |
| | SYS account. |

| LIMITACT | Sets the number of previous days covered by the "Action Summary |
| | Report." You can specify: |

| | * 1-90: Number of days. |

| | * Y: If selected, this report is printed upon exiting |
