HP LaserRX/MPE Software Update Notice

Preparation 

To prepare for installing the PC component of HP LaserRX/MPE, do the
following:

   *   Read the README.1ST file on the first PC installation disk.

   *   Make sure Microsoft Windows 3.1 is installed and configured
       properly on the PC.

   *   Make a backup copy of your WIN.INI file.

   *   Make sure the HP 3000 component of HP LaserRX/MPE is installed or
       updated on the HP 3000 as described in chapter 2 before you
       install or update the PC component.
