Programmatic NFT 

The following subsections describe intrinsics that can be used to perform
file transfers from within programs.  Two intrinsics are available:
DSCOPY, which performs the same function as the interactive  DSCOPY
command, and DSCOPYMSG, which writes a message indicating the outcome of
the transfer request.
