Help Directives 

The help directives determine the characteristics of a help page.  They
must be given a record of their own and must start at column 1.  Upper or
lower case characters can be used.

There are three kinds of directives:

   *   Installation Directives control help page installation and menu
       display.  They are:
          *   $COMMENTS
          *   $ID
          *   $IDNONHP
          *   $INSTAG
          *   $SONS
          *   $TAG
          *   $TITLE

   *   Display Control Directives are used to control which user groups
       and terminals actually get to see help text.  They are:
          *   $GROUPS
          *   $NOTGROUPS
          *   $NOTTERM
          *   $NOTTERMCAP
          *   $TERMCAP
          *   $TERMINAL

   *   Formatting Directives are used to help format the help text in
       installed pages.
          *   $CENTER
          *   $LJUST
          *   $RJUST
          *   $PAGE
