Outgoing Messages 


            

With an outgoing message, the user sends the message in the normal way,
to an address that has been routed through an EFT gateway.  Once it
arrives at the gateway, the message is picked up by the Master Truck and
written to an MPE file.  A record is added to an IPC file giving the name
of the MPE file containing the message.

The application reads the file name from the IPC file and then picks up
the MPE file to process it as appropriate.
