External File Transfer External File Transfer (or EFT) can be used to move messages from one HP Desk system to another. It allows you to store messages to tape for backup or to transfer them to other HP Desk systems. Apart from the different file formats used, EFT and FSC deal with messages into and out of HP Desk in a similar way. EFT is described fully in Chapter 14 .
