Chapter 13  Updating the Directory 

It is important that all of the HP Desk databases--Global, Local and
Native (if one is in use)--form a complete and accurate record of your
organization.  As people leave, move to other departments, get married,
and so on, you should update the Directory to reflect these changes.  If
your HP Desk system is part of a larger HP Desk network, you also have
the additional responsibility of ensuring that any changes you make to
your databases are passed on to the other computers you communicate with.
