Getting Further Help
If you cannot resolve a problem, then ask your System Manager for help.
There might be additional MPE commands which you do not know which will
provide the information you need.
If the System Manager cannot help you, or you are the System Manager, you
should contact Hewlett-Packard. Remember to have all of the relevant
information to hand when you call and be clear about what has happened.
You must give a detailed description - merely saying that "messages keep
getting lost" is not enough!
In particular you need to:
* Know what version of HP Desk you are running.
* Detail any special customer applications which you are have got so
the Hewlett-Packard team can understand what you are trying to
achieve.
* Have your configuration details to hand.
* Have copies of the relevant reports to hand (Desklogs, MERROR
reports, $STDLISTS, and so on).
