Creating Labeled Entries
You can give a label to a Calendar entry when you create it. A label is
a keyword which enables you to reference a single entry or a group of
entries using one command.
To create labeled Calendar entries:
Type CREATE or CREATE TODO followed by the label (enclosed in double
quotes) and press Return . For example:
2/2/91 > CREATE "meeting" Return
2/2/91 > CREATE TODO "ring home" Return
Further Information
* If you create an entry without a label and specify more than one
date, HP Desk asks if you want to provide a label. Type a label
and press Return or, if you don't want to label the entry, just
press Return.
To read labeled Calendar entries:
Type READ followed by the label. For example:
4/4/91 > READ "accounts" Return
To find labeled Calendar entries:
Type FIND followed by the label. For example:
4/4/91 > FIND "coffee meetings" Return
If you cannot remember what labels you have used, type " ". For example:
2/2/91 > FIND " "
To print labeled Calendar entries:
Type PRINT followed by the label. For example:
4/4/91 > PRINT "weekly reports" Return

print the list, type PRINT LABELS and press Return
