following acknowledgment levels before you mail it.

2 RECEIVED at the addressee's computer
3 DELIVERED to the addressee's In Tray
4 READ by the addressee
5 ANSWERED by the addressee
6 FORMS replies kept in your Pending Tray
ACK KEEP A copy of the message is kept in your Pending Tray.
ACK ALL Sets an acknowledgement on all Distribution List
categories.
To request an acknowledgment:
1. Compose the message, and at the MESSAGE > prompt, type ACKNOWLEDGE
2. Type the number of the level you want and press Return
3. Type MAIL Return to mail the message.
HP Desk puts a copy of the message in your Pending Tray.
To track a message:
At the Pendingtray > prompt type TRACK followed by the number of the
item, then press Return. For example:
Pendingtray > TRACK 1 Return
The status of the reply is displayed next to each name in the TO part of
the Distribution List.
Further Information
* As a shortcut, type ACK.
* A copy of any routed messages you send is kept in the Pending Tray
until it is fully authorized. You can track the progress of the
message by looking at the categories next to the Route List.
These categories are:
* transmitted
* delivered
* read
* actioned.
* As soon as the acknowledgment level is met the message disappears
from the Pending Tray. So, if the message you mailed does not
appear in your Pending Tray, either you did not set an
acknowledgment, or the acknowledgment level has already been
satisfied.
