Printing Messages
To print a message:
Type PRINT followed by the message (or part) number or subject, and press
Return. The subject must be enclosed in double quotes.
Further Information
* If you have an appropriate plotter or printer, you can print any
figure file graphics included in a message. More about this in
"Reading and Printing Graphics" .
* Personal Computer graphics items cannot be displayed by HP Desk.
* MemoMaker documents sent to you by users with HP Touchscreens or
IBM Personal Computers can be printed in the same way as any other
document.
* To print an HP Word, HP Slate or HP List item contained in a
message you need to open the message and print the appropriate
part.
* To print a message on a different printer, see "Customizing Screen
and Print Displays" .
* To print HP Word documents and HP List lists as normal HP Desk
prints, see "Customizing Screen and Print Displays" .
* To print a Visicalc spreadsheet you can open the message and print
the Visicalc part. Alternatively you can arrange for HP Desk to
print Visicalc items without you having to first open the message,
see "Customizing Screen and Print Displays" .
