TRACK 

Abbreviation:  TR

Allows you to track the progress of a reply or message you have sent with
an acknowledgment request.  HP Desk lists the names on the TO part of the
Distribution List with the current status of the message alongside.

     Pendingtray > TRACK 1

The TRACK command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:  Pending
Tray.
