LIST 

Abbreviation:  L

   *   Displays a list of the messages or items in an HP Desk area.  If
       you are in the Administration Area HP Desk displays the status of
       the facilities in your Administration Area.
       See "Listing Messages in the In Tray"  and "Looking at Your
       Calendar" .

            Intray > LIST 1/5

            2/2/92 > LIST FROM TODAY TO FRIDAY

   *   Lists the parts of an open message, folder or package.

            MESSAGE 1 > L

   *   Displays a list of your designates, or names on a Distribution
       List.

   *   Lists new mail in the In Tray.  For example:

            Intray > LIST NEW Return 

   *   Lists urgent mail in the In Tray.  For example:

            Intray > LIST URGENT Return 

   *   Lists mail from a particular person in your In Tray or your Filing
       Cabinet.  For example:

            Intray > LIST FROM JOE GRIFFIN Return 

            Cabinet > LIST FROM JOE GRIFFIN Return 

The LIST command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:  Main
Menu, In Tray, Out Tray, Pending Tray, Work Area, List Area, Filing
Cabinet, Administration Area, Message, Folder, Package, Distribution
List, Designates, Calendar, Applications.
