COPY 

Abbreviation:  COP

Places a copy of a message or other HP Desk item in the area you specify.
See "Moving Items Around Your Desk" .

     Intray > COPY 3

HP Desk then lists the areas you can copy the item to and asks you to
make a selection.

The COPY command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:  In Tray,
Out Tray, Pending Tray, Work Area, List Area, Filing Cabinet, Calendar,
Message, Package, Folder.
