CANCEL 

Cancels an appointment you requested and then kept in your Calendar or
Filing Cabinet.  HP Desk prompts you for a message and subject and then
sends your message to the original distribution list.

If you need to cancel a schedule, use the CANCEL command from the place
where you filed the original schedule message.

     Schedules> CANCEL "SALES REVIEW"  Return 
     04.04.92> CANCEL "TUTORIAL"  Return 

The CANCEL command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:  In
Tray, Out Tray, Pending Tray, Work Area, List Area, Filing Cabinet,
Calendar, Administration, Message, Package, Folder, Applications,
Catalog, Library.
