Up and Running with ALLBASE/SQL

Using ALLBASE/Turbo CONNECT 

ALLBASE/Turbo CONNECT allows you to select TurboIMAGE/XL data using
ALLBASE/SQL. Using the utility program ATCUtil, you attach the TurboIMAGE
database to an ALLBASE/SQL DBEnvironment as shown in Figure 5-3.  The
attachment process creates a mapping of data sets to tables like the one
shown previously in this chapter.

After attaching, you can use ALLBASE/Turbo CONNECT for read-only access
of TurboIMAGE data from an ALLBASE/SQL DBEnvironment--interactively or in
application programs.
