IMAGE/SQL Administration Guide

Chapter 4  IMAGE/SQL Utility Commands

This chapter contains detailed information about the commands for the
IMAGE/SQL utility, IMAGESQL.[REV END]

The following is included for each command:

   *   Command syntax
   *   Explanation of the command's parameters
   *   Prerequisites needed to execute the command
   *   Discussion of the command's functionality
   *   Example(s)

In all examples, the TurboIMAGE/XL database shown is SALES and the
DBEnvironment is PartsDBE. Refer to Figure 2-1  in Chapter 2 to see a
summary of the prerequisites necessary to execute IMAGE/SQL utility
commands.  The prerequisites are also listed for each command in this
chapter.  For example, you must log on as DBA to use the DETACH command,
while either the DBA or the DBC can use the ADD USER command.  Run the
IMAGE/SQL utility by issuing the command:

     :RUN IMAGESQL.PUB.SYS
