Required MPE/iX Capabilities
To be able to configure a DBEnvironment, you must have the following MPE
capabilities:
* Standard user capabilities (that is, you do not need SM or OP).
* File access capabilities, as follows:
* SF, to save user files permanently.
* IA, to gain interactive access.
* BA, to gain batch access. This attribute is required only
if you are going to use batch (job) mode to access or
create the DBEnvironment.
* ND, to be able to use non-shareable devices. This
attribute is required if you wish to use devices other than
disk, such as line printers and magnetic tape devices. ND
is not necessary for standard job/session input and list
devices $STDIN and $STDLIST.
