Using SQLAudit 

SQLAudit is an ALLBASE/SQL utility program that can be used in
conjunction with audit DBEnvironments to view the changes that have been
made to the DBEnvironment.  You use SQLAudit to audit only committed
transactions.  For security reasons, you need DBA authorization to use
SQLAudit.
