list your system hardware:
i. Type the following at the ISL prompt to get an ODE
prompt:
ISL> ODE
ii. Type the following at the ODE prompt to get a MAPPER
prompt:
ODE> MAPPER
iii. At the MAPPER prompt type:

3. Start the system from the disk. The configuration for your system
was preloaded at the factory and is configured for the number of
internal disks that you purchased with your system.
ISL> START NORECOVERY
The system displays a series of startup messages, and you are
prompted to confirm the date and time, as shown below.
If the date and time displayed are accurate, enter Y. If not,

5. A default configuration with the internal disks configured was
loaded onto your system at the factory. If you have any external
disks, or other devices, you must change this default configuraton
to include these components. Use SYSGEN to configure them into
your system. If you need additional information on the SYSGEN
utility, please refer to System Startup, Configuration, and
Shutdown Reference Manual (32650-90042).
If you do not have any external disks, or other devices , continue
with "Configuring System Disks Using VOLUTIL"; otherwise follow
the steps below.
