Please answer the following questions.  The solutions to these questions
are supplied in Appendix A.

   1.  What is the maximum number of source tables that can be joined to
       form a table?

   2.  If you specify the source tables CUSTOMERS and INVOICES in that
       order on the Define tables screen, what will be the default access
       sequence?

   3.  Can you change the above access sequence?

   4.  What happens if you try to use an item for keyed access when that
       item is not a key item in the data set?
