Exercise 1:Learning about BRW Data 

Before you create a report, you must find out where the data for the
report is located.  The examples used for the lessons in this manual are
based on data in a sample TurboIMAGE database called TOYDB. TOYDB is
supplied with BRW. Unless your system manager states otherwise, the
database TOYDB is held in the PUB group of your ITF3000 account.

TOYDB contains three master data sets:  PRODUCTS, ORDER-MASTER, and
CUSTOMERS; and three detail data sets:  ORDER-DETAILS, ORDERS, and
INVOICES.

The following figure represents the TOYDB database:


            

All the data you need--CUSTOMER-NO, CUSTOMER-NAME, SALES-AREA, and
TURNOVER-MTD--is held in the CUSTOMERS data set.
