DISCUTIL 

DISCUTIL is a standalone utility that you use to request various disk
operations.  Use it with the RECOVER command of VOLUTIL to save, and
subsequently recover, files from a system that has become logically
inoperable.  This program can be invoked only at the Initial System Load
prompt (ISL>).
