MPE/iX Quick Reference Guide

CLKUTIL 

CLKUTIL reads and sets the hardware clock.  The clock is used for
timestamps and time displays.  It is usually set to Greenwich Mean Time
(GMT). CLKUTIL is a standalone utility, and runs only on the physical
console at the ISL prompt.
