Class Error 3: System Monitor Card Failure
System monitor card messages take the form:

where:
xx = detailed error number.

CAUSE Undefined error occurs at the start of the test of
this board.
ACTION Contact your Hewlett-Packard Support

01 MESSAGE No message. System halts. (E)
CAUSE data error occurs while verifying byte 10c (hex) of
nonvolatile memory (NVM).
ACTION Contact your Hewlett-Packard Support
Representative.

CAUSE General register 0 is not zero at transfer of
control (TOC).
ACTION Contact your Hewlett-Packard Support
Representative.

possible cause of the error is memory.
