MPE/iX Documentation Guide Changes
The following changes were implemented for Release 5.5:
* The following two chapters have been deleted, which has changed
the order in which the chapters appear:
* "HP Open DeskManager Manual Set" - HP Open DeskManager has
become a separately purchasable product. You can order the
manuals with the product.
* "MPE/iX Developer's Kit Manual Set" - All manuals have been
incorporated into the "Languages Manuals" chapter.
* The following Networking manuals have been moved to the System
Management Core (36367A):
* HP 3000/iX Network Planning and Configuration Guide
(36922-61023)
* Installing and Managing HP ARPA File Transfer Protocol
Network Manager's Guide (36957-61001)
* NS3000/iX Operations and Maintenance Reference Manual
(36922-61005)
* The following new manuals have been added to the System Management
Core (36367A):
* STORE and TurboSTORE/iX Products Manual (B5151-90001)
* Configuring and Managing MPE/iX Internet Services
(32650-90835)
* The following document has been moved from Chapter 5, "System
Documentation for the HP 3000\Series 9X8LX (B3813AA)," and Chapter
6, "System Documentation for the HP 3000\Series 9X7LX (B3483A),"
to Chapter 17, "Standalone Manuals":
* HP Easytime/XL Quick Reference (B1940-90611)
* The following manual has been added to Chapter 17, "Standalone
Manuals":
* HP Easytime/XL User's Guide (B1940-90002)
* The following manuals in Chapter 17, "Standalone Manuals," have
been obsoleted:
* ALLBASE/TurboCONNECT Administrator's Guide (36385-90001).
This has been replaced by the HP IMAGE/SQL Administration
