MERGETITLE 

NM and CM callable.

Prints the version number and title of the merge segment on $STDLIST and
prints the date and time produced by the DATELINE intrinsic.

Operation Notes 

MERGETITLE can be called from a program any time after the system
intrinsics have been declared.
