System Startup, Configuration, and Shutdown Reference Manual

Chapter 1  Introduction 

This chapter defines system startup, system configuration, and system
shutdown.  It also briefly describes the procedures for starting,
configuring, and shutting down a 900 Series HP 3000 computer system.  The
details for these procedures are discussed throughout the following
chapters.
