LOGTOOL 

In addition to the LOG configurator, the System and Memory Log Analysis
Tool (LOGTOOL) enables you to display and manage system log files and the
memory log file.  System log files contain information generated by the
operating system.  The memory error log file contains memory error
information gathered by the memory error logging process MEMLOGP.
