Displaying Free Space with the DISCFREE Utility
The DISCFREE utility, which displays the amount of free space remaining
on the disks specified, is sometimes useful in managing your system
resources.
DISCFREE replaces the MPE V/E utility FREE5, a program that displays
information in a histogram format about a system's disk free space. The
MPE/iX utility supplies information in either a histogram format or a new
condensed format. Besides showing the amount of free space, the new
format displays transient and permanent space as well as the volume's
total space capacity.
For more information about DISCFREE, refer to the description in the
MPE/iX Utilities Manual (32650-90081).
