Canceling User Control of Peripherals
The DISASSOCIATE command cancels a previously issued ASSOCIATE command.
The DISASSOCIATE command may be issued by the user or from the console by
a user with SM or OP capability. When an associated user logs off, the
association is canceled automatically.
DISASSOCIATE a User from a Device Class
To cancel user control of the device class TAPE, enter:
DISASSOCIATE TAPE
DISASSOCIATE Syntax
DISASSOCIATE devclass
