RELEASE 

Removes all locks set by SETLOCKS command.

Syntax 

     REL[EASE]

Discussion 

The RELEASE command unlocks the data set(s) that were locked by the
SETLOCKS command.  If the command is entered while the SETLOCKS command
is not in effect, you will receive the following message:

     SETLOCKS COMMAND WAS NOT IN EFFECT

When data set locks are released, LOCKOPTION=OFF (overridden by the
SETLOCKS command) will take effect with the same value it had prior to
the SETLOCKS command.
