Chapter 7 Application Programs Accessing NLS The focus of HP 3000 NLS is the application program. Most NLS tools are accessed programmatically from applications according to the requirements of the designer or programmer. Several common application models are possible as illustrated in Figure 7-1 through Figure 7-5. NLS capabilities can be used in single language applications, multilingual applications, in subsystem utility programs, or not at all.
