error is suspected.

CAUSE The logon scope of the target dictionary does not have modify
access to the common entity indicated.
ACTION None necessary. An attempt will be made by SDUTIL to modify the
local occurrence instead.

CAUSE The logon scope of the target dictionary does not have modify
access to the local entity indicated.
ACTION Log on to the target dictionary with a scope which gives you

name for an entity.
ACTION Respond to the prompt with a valid System Dictionary name.

CAUSE The current scope is not the owner of the local entity.
Therefore, no link can be established to a common entity.
ACTION Log on as the scope which owns the specified entity and redo the
