HP System Dictionary XL Intrinsics
SDGetStatusVersionList
Returns all of the versions currently set to a specified status.
Syntax
SDGetStatusVersionList (Dcb,VersionStatus,RetrievalID,Version,
VersionDate,Status)
Parameters
Dcb Required input; type = DcbType
This parameter passes information about the
dictionary to this intrinsic. It is
initialized by the SDOpen intrinsic.
VersionStatus Required input by value; type =
VersionStatusType
This parameter specifies the status of the
versions be returned. numerical values for the
version statuses are:
1. = Test status
2. = Production status
3. = Archival status
RetrievalID Required input; type = RetrievalIDType
This parameter is used internally to pass
information between multiple calls of this
intrinsic, to retrieve all of the versions in
the specified status.
To find the first version, initialize the first
four bytes of this parameter to a binary zero.
To find additional versions call this intrinsic
once for each version to be returned.
Version Output; type = NameType
This parameter returns one version set to the
specified status for each successful call of
this intrinsic.
VersionDate Output; type = DateType
This parameter returns the date and time each
version was set to its status.
Status Output; type = StatusType
This parameter contains information indicating
the success or failure of the intrinsic call.
This information is detailed in Table Table
3-1, located in Chapter 3 of this manual.
If this intrinsic is successful, the Status
parameter contains the following information,
in addition to the description contained in
Table Table 3-1.

Discussion
All version names and associated data for each will be reported in
reverse chronological order. The following restrictions apply when using
this intrinsic:
1. Open mode--The dictionary must be opened in Shared Read mode,
Shared Read-Only mode, Shared Update mode, or Exclusive Update
mode.
2. Security--This intrinsic will succeed with any current scope.
