HP System Dictionary XL Intrinsics
SDSwitchDomain
Switch to another domain.
Syntax
SDSwitchDomain (Dcb,Domain,Version,VersionStatus,Status)
Parameters
Dcb Required input; type = DcbType
This parameter passes information about the
dictionary to this intrinsic. It is
initialized by the SDOpen intrinsic.
Domain Required input; type = NameOrNumberType
This parameter specifies the domain to which
the dictionary will be switched. A blank
string may be used for this parameter. The
domain will then default to the Common Domain.
Version Required input; type = NameOrNumberType
This parameter specifies the version of the
dictionary to be used during the current
dictionary session. When a blank string is
used, the version to be used will be determined
by the VersionStatus parameter.
VersionStatus Required input by value; type =
VersionStatusType
This parameter specifies the status of the
version to be used. If zero is passed for this
parameter and no version has been specified, it
will default to the Production version of
definitions. Numerical values for the version
statuses are:
1. = Test status
2. = Production status
3. = Archival status
Status Output; type = StatusType
This parameter contains information indicating
the success or failure of the intrinsic call.
This information is detailed in Table Table
3-1, located in Chapter 3 of this manual.
If this intrinsic is successful, the Status
parameter contains the following information,
in addition to the description contained in
Table Table 3-1.
