Chapter 5  User Interface 

Transact supports three modes of user interface which may be used
singularly or jointly in any Transact program.  The three modes are:

   *   Command sequences

   *   Character mode using DATA, INPUT, and PROMPT verbs

   *   Block mode data entry using VPLUS

This chapter discusses each of these modes as well as the use of special
characters and keys that affect the execution of the program.
