QUEUE Command 

Each queue entry begins with the QUEUE command. 
Commands begin in column 1.  The QUEUE command consists of the "QUEUE="
string followed by a one word parameter string.  This string will be used
as the default -q parameter of the nwprint command and may be overridden
in the nwprint control file.

Commands that follow until the end of file or the next queue entry apply
to this queue entry except the DELAY command.  The two mandatory commands
that follow the QUEUE command are the SELEQ and nwprint commands.
