Netware 3.11 for the HP 3000 Installing and Administering Guide

Submitting a Service Request 

Before calling Hewlett-Packard, make sure you have the following
information readily accessible:

   *   Version of NetWare you are running using the command, NMMAINT,71
       or NW VERSIONS.

   *   HP 3000 series number and version of MPE/iX.

   *   File Server Worksheet showing any changes you have made to the
       configuration.

   *   Network map including routers and client shell versions.

   *   Host NetWare Printer Worksheet listing configured host printers.

   *   Note any other configuration items you have changed (parameters,
       added LANs, changed network numbers).

   *   Printout of errors received.

   *   Printout of configuration files NPSConfig and NWConfig (in the
       /etc/ netware HFS directory).

   *   List of applications you are using and the version numbers.
