HP ALLBASE/4GL Developer Reference Manual Vol. 1

Select List Header Screen 

This screen allows you to name an HP ALLBASE/SQL select list and enter a
description of the select list.

Field Descriptions 

Select List Name   Enter the name of the select list.  The name can have
up to eight characters and can use alphabetic characters, 0 to 9 and _
(underscore).  The name must start with an alphabetic character.

A select list cannot have the same name as any HP ALLBASE/SQL tables,
KSAM data files, serial data files or record layouts in the same
application.

File Type   This is a display only field that indicates that the file
type is L, for select list.

Description   Documentation fields.  Enter a description of the select
list for documentation purposes.  HP ALLBASE/4GL automatically updates
the date and time fields to show the date and time of the last
modification.

Function Keys 

f1       File Defn  Cancels the current screen and displays the file/SQL
        table definition screen.

f2       SQL Sel Details  Cancels the current screen and displays the SQL
        select list details screens.

f3       SQL Blk Menu  Cancels the current screen and displays the SQL
        logic block menu.
