Literals 

Some HP ALLBASE/4GL screens and logic commands allow the use of literals.
Literals can use any printable characters.  Unless this manual specifies
otherwise, literals must be enclosed in quotes (").  The quotes are not
treated as part of the literal.

To include a single quote character within a literal, follow it
immediately with another quote character.  (For example, "A quote ""
within a literal" would indicate a literal that means this:  "A quote '
within a literal").
