Defining Versions To define a version of an application, select the Version Definition option on the administrator main menu. This selection takes you to the version definition screen. The procedure to define a version is similar to the procedure for defining an application. However, you cannot define a version unless the base application already exists. The Version ID field on the version definition screen is a display-only field that shows the total number of versions defined for the same base application. You can define up to 254 versions of one application.
