Emergency Abort for Sessions and Jobs 

The =LOGOFF command aborts all executing sessions and jobs, and prevents
any further logons.  The System Operator may specify one job or one
session (but not one of each) that is to remain logged on.  Because the
equal sign, invoked by entering CTRL A, can be executed only at the
System Console, only the System Operator has this capability.  The
=LOGOFF command has the following parameters:

To log off all users except the System Operator on #S2, enter:

          :CTRL A 
     =LOGOFF #S2
