HP C/XL Enhancements by Erryl Johnson Systems Technology Division This version of HP C/XL contains minor enhancements to the compiler and the library. COMPILER CHANGES The dollar ($) sign is now a valid character in identifiers. COMPILER CHANGES The access ( ) function now allows access information to be returned for a file that is already open in shared mode. The memcpy ( ) function has been replaced with a new faster version. A new function, memmove ( ), has been added that handles overlapping character moves. The time ( ) function has been changed back to access the hardware clock.
